Many of my clients are under pressure, leading teams, building companies. But there is often little room for themselves. There is a lack of communication at eye level. I support people who find themselves in complex situations: new leadership roles, team upheavals, conflicts, strategy changes, reorientation or simply the feeling of not knowing what to do next.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>What makes me different? I don't work according to a rigid pattern, but instead respond intuitively to people, listen and ask questions and I know what pressure feels like, but also how to regain the ability to act.
