Personality training is about making your inner strength tangible. Building self-esteem, developing presence, gaining clarity, even when dealing with dominant personalities. So that you can show yourself as you are.

Moderation of team days / meetings

Succession, strategy, realignment... Many team days fail before they begin. Because nobody really listens. Or dares to address unpleasant topics. To prevent this from happening, I talk to all participants in advance in a protected setting. This creates trust, clarity and a common goal.
