Interview

How long have you been working in this field and how did you become a leadership coach?

  • I realized quite early on in my youth that working with people meant a lot to me and took my first steps in this area.
  • After my studies, when I entered the professional world, I felt similar feelings again and took up the desire for strong, intensive and empathic exchange with people again and lived it out very strongly in my professional career. I was able to gain a lot of experience through years of working in various management positions in different companies.
  • I was then able to pass these experiences on to friends and acquaintances. Coaching became more and more an integral part of and alongside my job. I continued to pursue my desire to live this dream and decided at the beginning of 2020 to focus fully on it and make it the center of my life. The aim is to pass on my many years of expertise and experience to other people. Lead confidently, live confidently!

Who exactly are your customers?

  • You are in the middle of life and (perhaps) at a turning point.
  • You need a professional or private change and require a change of perspective. It's about looking at things from a different angle.
  • Their self-confidence and self-esteem should be strengthened.
  • You are ready for a change, but face the challenge of not being able to do it alone.

What is expected of me specifically as a customer?

  • That you approach the matter as openly as possible. If you want a change, then you are contributing by being open to many things and thus experiencing the complete repertoire and drawing from the full!

What kind of customers is this program not suitable for?

  • People who are not prepared to change. Grumblers, grumblers, people who don't meet deadlines, people who don't do their homework.

How do you differ from other leadership coaches?

  • From the very first meeting, it is my art to win over my customers in a very short time and to build up a relationship of trust.
  • All my customers are treated as equals - no matter who I'm talking to.
  • I have the ability to put myself in the other person's shoes and am able to see the world from a different perspective. I hear the unspoken questions and intuitively grasp the needs of customers. Thanks to my powers of observation, I am of course also able to put together productive work teams.
  • This means that I concentrate fully on the other person.
  • I help my clients to overcome and resolve their insecurities and fears so that they can lead a more self-confident and happy life, both professionally and privately.
  • To take you by the hand and accompany you personally.

What kind of personality do you work best with?

  • I prefer to work with people who are open. People who are open are usually willing to accept change more quickly.
  • People who find it difficult to open up are a welcome challenge for me.
  • It is an advantage when customers confide in me. The quicker a good personal level is found, the better and more intensive the work can be.

What results can I expect from this and what exactly do I get out of it?

  • A change in your life. I will show you the possibilities and guide you towards them. You decide for yourself where you want to go and what changes you want to make.
  • Strengthening your self-esteem
  • The new results of the changes will help you lead a happier and more satisfied life.
